Hi,
Sam Greene, the webmaster for the Aglaura NJ website here. You sent us an e-
mail asking to be invited to participate in the Press Conference Mayor Dobbs is 
holding on Thursday, April 3rd at 8:00PM EST. Please note that the Press 
Conference was originally announced for Wednesday, April 2nd but has been 
changed to accodomate various participants' schedules. You are welcome to 
participate. 
Here's what you need to know:
1) The Press Conference will be held in an IRC Chat format and may be accessed 
either via standard IRC chat applications or through a java-based ChatSpace 
applet, which may be found at several different sites across the web. The 
channel name of the chat Press Conference will be announced on the Aglaura 
website approximately one hour before the Press Conference is scheduled to 
start, so it should be posted no later than 7:00PM Thursday evening.
2) The focus of the Press Conference will be the ongoing Graffiti Investigation 
by the Aglaura Police Department. Mayor Dobbs will present a brief report of 
the status of the Investigation before answering questions from the ChatRoom 
participants.
3) The Press Conference will be moderated and you will be required to submit 
your questions to a channel moderator one at a time. At the appropriate time, 
you will then be given the floor to ask your question and receive your 
response. The Mayor will accept as many questions as time allows and every 
effort will be made to allow everyone equal opportunity to ask questions.
4) Participants not following the requested format and staying on the subject 
of the Press Conference will be removed from the channel.
5) A map with the graffiti locations marked on it will be posted on the Aglaura 
NJ website no later then tomorrow, Wednesday April 2nd for reference by the 
Press Conference participants.
6) The Mayor will also briefly provide an update concerning Aglaura Borough 
Councilman Dale Sprague in regards to his accident and his return to full 
participation on the Aglaura Borough Council. As promised, the Mayor has 
provided a copy of the official NJ State Police Accident Report in PDF format 
attached to this message in hopes of answering any final questions and/or 
concerns anyone may have. Please note that there are two pages of the four page 
Report included in the attached zip file. At the recommendation of the Borough 
attorney, certain areas have been "blacked out" to protect the privacy of the 
parties involved. The remaining two pages were deemed not relevant nor proper 
for public release by the Aglaura Borough Council, as they contained both 
private insurance information and photographs of the accident scene. Questions 
about the Police Report, however, will not be entertained in the forum of the 
Graffiti Press Conference unless time permits at the end of the event. 

This same information will be made available on the Aglaura NJ website within
